About the role As the Head of Product Management , you will: Take ownership of Certsure’s Schemes and Affinity products, including Online Certification (NOCS), NICEIC Insurance, and our Webshop. Be curious about our customers' needs and deliver plans to continually enhance our proposition Lead a team of Product Managers to achieve sustainable revenue growth and profitability. Develop strategies using customer insights and market analysis to grow market share. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise customer experiences and deliver tailored solutions. Ensure digital-first practices align with Certsure’s strategic objectives. You’ll play a pivotal role on the Operational Leadership Team (OLT), influencing key decisions and driving the tactical implementation of Certsure’s strategic goals. What you'll be doing Growth and Strategy : Expand product reach through data-driven strategies and market insights. Bring new concepts to market, leveraging successful prototypes from development teams. Commercial and Operational Excellence : Drive utilisation of existing products while spearheading new ventures. Oversee product lifecycles and maximise efficiency. Deliver insightful operational and financial reports to senior leadership. Leadership and Collaboration : Foster a culture of care, innovation, and high performance. Work closely with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Technology teams to enhance Certsure’s offerings.
